Alicia Dubois is the Market Vice President, Indigenous Markets at CIBC, overseeing CIBC’s national Indigenous banking portfolio and strategy. Ms. Dubois’ primary aim is to proactively serve CIBC’s current and future Indigenous clients in support of Indigenous economic development and self-determination.
As a proud Indigenous professional woman who earned a B.Sc., with Distinction, from the University of Lethbridge and a Juris Doctor from the University of Toronto, Ms. Dubois is honoured to continue to contribute positively to Indigenous communities. Ms. Dubois is an active member and Co-Vice-Chair of the Board of Directors of the Canadian Council for Aboriginal Business and, prior to joining CIBC, was the head of Aboriginal banking at Scotiabank. Prior to her banking career, Alicia held legal counsel positions at Native Child & Family Services of Toronto, ENMAX Corporation and Alberta Justice.
