Any submission of registration form, online or offline, without payment, will not be valid. Thank you in advance.
How do I know if my application to register for an event has been accepted?
If you register online, you will receive a PayPal confirmation. If you register and pay offline, you will receive our confirmation once the payment is processed. If you require and additional confirmation of registration, please contact Miranda Smoke by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or by phoning 1 (204) 940-1700.
What are my payment options?
Payment can be made by:
- Credit card through our website, www.wibf.ca or by faxing a completed copy of our brochure registration form to: In North America 1 (204) 940-1719 or email the registration form to email@example.com.
- Cheque or money order, payable to Indigenous Leadership Development Institute, Inc. and mailed to ILDI, 206-1075 Portage Ave. Winnipeg, Manitoba Canada R3G 0R8
I have received an email from you confirming my registration. When do I receive my delegate pass to gain entry to the event?
Delegate passes will be issued at the Registration Desk times will be indicated on your confirmation.
What happens if I have to cancel and cannot attend an event? Will I receive a refund?
Cancellation may be requested in writing by August 15, 2019, the refund will be processed in the same manner it was received (Credit Card, Cheque or Money Order). A processing fee of 25% will be deducted; cancellation requests received after the cancellation date may not be entitled to a refund.
What about accommodations, transportation or coverage for other expenses?
Accommodations, transportation, and any other expenses incurred in relation to attending the World Indigenous Business Forum 2017 are the responsibility of the registrant. However, we would be pleased to offer you advice on planning your trip should you require it.
Pricing & Billing
Do I have to pay sales tax?
No, registrants are not required to pay sales tax.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged within 5 business days.
When will my credit appear on my account?
Credit for qualifying cancellations (i.e. those received prior to the Cancellation Deadline) will be processed within 5 business days from the time your cancellation is received.
