Rachel is an entrepreneur investing globally to train, develop and build capability of 100,000 Indigenous leaders by 2025, the vision set in 2015. With sixteen years abroad working with multi-national blue chip organisations leading HR change and leadership programmes she set up her own consulting business in London and has never looked back. Continuing her international experience in Qatar she maintains client relationships in North America, Canada, UK, Samoa, Chile, The Middle East, Australia and New Zealand. Founder of Rise2025 coaching and
leadership programme for 100,000 Indigenous leaders and Women Leading Change Qatar her award winning programmes continue to gain international momentum and recognition.

Returning to New Zealand in 2015 Rachel remains globally focused and locally rooted to her rich Waikato-Tainui iwi (tribal affiliation). As Deputy Chair of Te Ohu Whai Ao Trust, hosts of WIBF 2018 in New Zealand a Board member of Ngāti Tamaoho Charitable Trust Board and committee member of Otara Blue Light she believes in Governance through service to underserved communities. Professionally trained in Human Resources and an Internationally trained executive coach Rachel’s business continues to thrive with a new team, support of her husband
