Must be completed 72 – 24 hours prior to your arrival in Colombia and 72 – 24 hours prior to your departure from Colombia.
This form is highly sensitive to the information you input. Ensure that all your information is correct including spelling and punctuation’s prior to submitting or it might prompt you to re-do.

Mandatory Vaccinations and Health Information
- Please note that the Yellow Fever Vaccination is required. Please contact your local travel clinic.
- COVID-19 Vaccination is required
- Please consult with a health care provider regarding malaria pills for your travel to Colombia.
Upon your arrival to Colombia
Once you land in Colombia and deplane, if you’ve travelled internationally, you must go straight through customs which takes approximately 2 – 3 hours total including picking up your luggage.
Once you receive your luggage, as expected anywhere that you fly to, we highly recommend to always keep your luggage in your presence and always carry it with you to any ground transportation that you might be taking to Villavicencio if you choose to take ground transportation.
